Great Product

The best renter friendly way to hang pictures and other decorations that I have found! I highly recommend these strips for hanging picture frames, mirrors, and other decorative items in your apartment, home, office, etc. I have never had a Command strip damage my walls and will always repurchase these when moving homes. Save yourself the frustration and purchase these over other similar off brand items!

Really stuck

I hung up a picture with these. I don't know if that was the intended use of them, but they really did work. The picture also hangs above my bed, so if it fell it would smack me on the head. I trust this product to be adhesive enough not to cause injury.

Works perfectly

This are liner than the previous command strips I got a while ago. Very sturdy and adhesive works well. Used them for a DIY pantry project and things are still holding up well. Thought I'd need all of them but still have several left over. Got it at a good sale price so it was worth it. No complaints here.

Using to hang a 12 feet curtain rod where I do not want to use conventional installation methods.

I purchased these because I have a 156" span where I want to hang curtains to block the view into my neighbor's yard. The 2 panels that form a beach scene are a little heavy and I plan to encase the ends with 2 to 4 matching curtains from the rest of my enclosed patio. I have already hung the beach scene with the 16 pound strips, however, long story short, it is too low. Upon discovering there are 20 pound strips, I purchased immediately. Better to over compensate, in this case. I am using 4 command hooks for this span of curtains. 3 of the 4 hooks will be adhered to the vinyl covered aluminum frame and the 4th on rough wood, so I am still figuring that one out and will definitely try the strips first. However, I am confident that the curtains plus the rod will not exceed the 80 pound limit. YAY FOR ME AND GIRL POWER!!

Command strips are amazing!

I purchased these to hang up a wall-mounted plastic basket for my tablet. The adhesive stated it was removable; however, several reviews said that removal harmed the walls. I know that command strips are easy to remove so I purchased these 20 lb picture-hanging strips to secure the basket to my wall. So far, so good...I don't anticipate having any issues with this purchase.

Does what it does

Used it to hang two tapestry so far. Stuck to the wall and stuck to the fabric without fail. I even moved it to adjust and no issues

Very strong and easy to use

I used these to hold my 20+ lb speakers onto their stands so they don't fall off. I can tip them almost completely over and they hold like they were screwed down. Pretty amazing product.

These are VELCRO strips

Just got them and while they'll work for what I needed (just adhering a poster to my painted office wall), they weren't what I thought I was ordering based on the headline. They're velcro strips, so basically you stick the velcro together and then it's sticky on both sides. Shame on me for not reading through the description more, I just thought I was getting more like double sided tape strips here. Figured others may make the same mistake so wanted to post.

Amazing!

I used these to hang up a small bulletin board in my classroom and another item as well. So far, still up! I had used some other velcro strips that were useless and was recommended these. They worked like a charm. I have not removed them yet, so do not know how easy that will be, but they definitely held up my items wonderfully!

Something defective about these

I’ve used Command strips successfully for many years. As per numerous other recent reviews the ones being dispatched lately are defective. No adhesion, they do not arrive in genuine Command packaging and I suspect they are old or defective stock. I bought the 9kg spec to hold a 4.5kg picture frame. I put the picture frame up just the way Command instruct you to, and it fell off the wall after 10 minutes. If it’s specifically Command strips you’re after, do yourself a favour and source them from a regular store where you can buy them off the shelf in genuine packaging and you can have confidence that you know what you’re getting.

Great for camper van

I wanted to hang a few small frames in our van without damage and these have been great. Easy to use (if you follow the instructions). Make sure that you don’t try to apply them below the recommended temperature because they won’t stick. I should have made sure the van was heated before trying to hang my picture. When up to room temperature it worked great and stays in place while we are driving around. Love that I can remove these if we sell the van without any damage to the wood work.
