Size runs way, way, small - order twice as large as you normally wear

I bought this shirt for my brother, who is in assisted living, and wears a 5X. As soon as I took it out of the package I could tell that it will never fit him! It's more like a 3X. I'm not even going to bother to give it to him. My grandson wears a 3X - he just got a new shirt! Lol! Glad I have someone to give it to - hate sending things back. Shirt looks nice - appears to be quality made - just way, way, too small.

At least a size smaller than tag indicates

Well made shirt but the size is smaller than the tags indicates...I ordered the 5X to be safe but it's smaller than other shirts I have in 3X
