Runs a little small, but nice for the price
I have tried several brands of boots on my quest for a brown bootie with a 1 to 2 inch heel. All were sent back. I finally got these and they are a little tight, but the leather is nice, the price was right, and I think they will stretch. I have a slim foot and thin ankles (can't tell from photo angle) so these are definitely not for wide feet. Compared to the other brand I ordered, which were HUGE, I will take snug over too big. I am wearing a medium sock and if they don't stretch, I will try a thinner sock. They are cute, could be cuter and/or a little more stylish, but I will be keeping these and just trying to break them in. For reference, I am an 8 consistently and rarely ever wear bigger or smaller. I ordered a size 8. PS. Amazon cut off the photo, sorry. On my phone it shows my whole foot.

Size up a half size
I am a true 7 1/2. I did order a half size up per the review, and was glad I did. These boots are awesome. In a store, I tried on probably 8 different boots and gave up. These boots are stable, comfortable, easy to move in and stylish. I do not find them heavy, just comfortable. I’m glad they will stretch a tiny bit, that will make them even better. Be sure to loosen your laces (opposite the way you tightened ice skate laces as kid). This will help with that “narrow” feeling. If you loosen the laces and order a half size up, you should be for a boot true to your size. I have a average width foot.

Needs a bit of breaking in
These fit well but a bit stiffer than expected. Have been softening a bit with use so imagine will soon be just right. Shows scuffs and scratches but I guess that is natural

very comfortable bootie
I listened to other reviews and love this bootie. Very comfortable and I'm someone that always had issues with comfort since I'm on my feet a lot. I'm between size 6 and 6 1/2 so went with a 6 1/2 which fits fine. I did have to loosen the laces and glad there's a zipper. I plan on buying another color very good bootie.

Brown Snuff darker than expected but perfect for me!
I ordered the Dark Brown Nubuck shade in 8.5 and the Brown Snuff (pictured) shade in 9. My size ranges from 8-9 and for these boots with the need for socks, the 9 fit best. The shoes are very cute, and I was pleasantly surprised that the Brown Snuff color was **nearly as dark** as the Dark Brown Nubuck. Not everyone will want that so please take note!! I wanted a warm brown color but dark and that's what the Brown Snuff was. I haven't worn the shoes yet, just tried them on for 5m, but I can see crease marks forming already which isn't ideal. I'll be wearing them a lot though, and expect them to look broken in (plus can restore with leather balm) so that's not a deal breaker for me.

I shopped for over a month for quality boots, and comfort is of the utmost importance to me. After ordering and returning four other pair, I bought these Clark boots. They are EVERYTHING I wanted in a boot. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!

The leather is very thick, small fit
The leather is really thick, not what I expected. I usually buy 6.5, but these boots are quite tight, I had to return them. Anyways, the quality is amazing, just not what I want right now.

Size is smaller and ask a return. It’s common situation purchasing online but the return is not prepaid! Do not recommend this seller!
