Placed this in our laundry room door, as the cats’ litter box and food are in there, and our dogs were enjoying cleaning the litter box. Poor darlings still walk towards the laundry room, and look longingly inside, unable to access the booty. The cats’ toilet is now out of reach, and we can open/close the gate easily, to wash laundry, etc. Everyone’s pleased, except the dogs, lol

Love this it is perfect for our narrow door!

I have no dislikes about this gate. I have used many baby gates while babysitting at my family's homes and when I worked in a daycare years ago so now with my first baby I deffenatly already knew what types work in different situations and what types in general to just not bother with especially for a busy narrow doorway. This door is perfect for our bedroom door that leads into a hallway connected to our kitchen and right by our bathroom so it is a very busy foot traffic space with two adults, a 1yr old and four cats. The house is over a hundred years and we are constantly in the middle of a big home fixing project actually more then one usually. This means baby is sadly not able to crawl about the house while I do tidying up because for us it means power tools saw dust and jumbled furniture always being moved around right along with laundry and dishes so yeah it gets crazy???????????????? which is why we needed a super gate that would be very easy for us even in the night and could be moved to fit other doors and spaces. So far this gate has keep baby where she needs to be but can watch us and her kittys go easily back and forth and she hangs on to it for support since she is a champion crawler but still not walking yet. Baby is about 40lb and in size 7 diapers. We get told a lot that she is tall for her age so this gives you some idea of how sturdy the gate is even when not anchored which we have not done and very likely won't because of trying to keep the boards for our renovation looking new and we need things to be adaptable at a moments notice for whatever comes up. We love this gate and think it is amazing and if I ever need a second gate it will be this one for sure.????????

so far so good - now if dog does not figure out how to jump

seems reasonably well built. noted one can just lift gate at center easily without using handle.. swing it gently closed and it latches itself so that's a nice feature. decent looking and I like the door section is wider than a lot advertised.. not all of us fit the tiny openings.... hate to see a fully pregnant woman fit the the smaller other companies 'doors' I use a can so the wider door is good!

We got it to keep our dog out of Guinea pig room. Super easy to install didn’t even need to srew it to the wads the pressure hold it up great

Good gate

I got a used one and it was actually in great condition and arrived fast. I bought it to put on the doorway to the steps on my porch so my dog can hang out there and I don’t have to worry about her escaping… it was actually perfect. Worth the money

I got Bars baby..

This gate is amazing and sturdy as all get out. Pretty easy to install a few screws and such but nothing to crazy. The gate does expand to fit smaller and larger spaces which is nice. Inuse it for my stairwell so my daughter won't climb up. It is also super sturdy, so much so I have a bruise for running into it and the gate didn't budge! Will def be buying another I would also recommend this for dogs as well!

Elegant and modern style while offering all of the safety needed 4701

I love this gate. I have a fairly large Labrador retriever (85+ lbs) and this gate does the trick to keep him out of my dining room. Sometimes he tries to stick his face through the gate and try to push the door open, but it stays in place. I really like the magnetic pull it had to close back up automatically. Even if I forget to latch the gate completely, the magnet door closes up enough so that my dog can’t get in. The setup was a bit concerning, but then I read the instructions on how it was supposed to be in an awkward position for setting up and all went well. Overall great for the price and how nicely it works.

Nicely made

I like everything about this gate. It looks good, easy to install and works well. Only thing I would change is the way you unlock by lifting a little bit… minor nuisance. I had to return it as i no longer needed it…and was not the solution I needed. But I wanted to keep it just because I liked this nifty gate. If you are looking for a baby gate … this a great buy!
