Pants always stretch out too much NO MATTER WHAT SIZE

I've gotten these pants a few times from CP. Would buy them from macys and was happy to find them on amazon for cheaper. they used to make them better before. Not sure what's different but I've bought 3 of these from Amazon in all different sizes from size 3, 5, 7. The waist always stretches out and becomes wayyy too big even if it was small to begin with. I would buy these in a size smaller so they would stretch to fit me, but they still stretch out and end up too big. Always having to pull them up. I buy these for work so it's a bummer that I've invested some $$ into these only for the pants to stretch out and fall apart and very quickly too. Actually bummed with all of celebrity pinks jeans and pants now as they seem to be using a cheaper fabric now

A bit tighter and material is not jeans?

Got these for my daughter who has a couple pairs she loves already. However these are not jeans? The material is sort of shiny and they are more like black skinny slacks... They are also a bit tighter on her than her other pairs.

More stiff than other pants I've bought from CP

Not the same material as other pants I've gotten from this brand. Stiff and not the right shape for me.

I am short but this still fits well

I am short, only 5'1 and every pant I buy is long on me. While I did have to get these hemmed because of the length, they fit everywhere else just fine. I actually like these because usually when a skinny jean is too long they di not fit tight from my knee to my ankle. These however were still tight. Would highly recommend these

Buy them!

I really love these pants and I can never find pants that fit right. They are a little long (I’m 5’4) but it’s ok because I can wear with high boots or role them up to still complete a look.

Cute and comfortable

Very cute and comfortable. I have to wear a belt with mine because they are constantly slipping. They aren't too big because they fit really well on my body and hips, but the material is stretchy so it tends to slip.
