An iconic dive watch, at a very reasonable and affordable price point!
The Casio Duro Dive Watch, with the Leaping Marlin logo, is a superb dive watch that will not break the bank. I currently own 12 Casio Duro watches, including 2 of each color-way; the Black/Black, Blue/Blue (Bluro) , Black/Blue (Batman), Black/Red (Pepsi), Black/Green (Kermit) Black/Gold versions. Each color-way reflects light in a way that makes them all look like special jewels. This very simple, easy to read, and iconic 44mm Casio quartz dive watch features a screw down crown, 200 meters of water resistance, and a reasonably comfortable resin rubber strap. For just under $50.00 (and sometimes much less as seen with the recent Walmart clearance price of $11.00), this iconic Casio Dive watch is a fantastic value for the money. If you are looking for a good daily beater dive watch, that has a great horologic history, do not hesitate to purchase this beautiful and reasonable Casio Duro dive watch. One last point, Casio has reportedly not renewed their license for the Duro Leaping Marlin Logo and, as such, has discontinued production of this design and is now introducing a non-Marlin logo version in select markets. So, if you have your heart set on the Leaping Marlin logo version, now is the time to buy!

Nice for the price
Nice looking and seems well made. Its good for the price. I dont wear it in the water. I have a real dive watch for that. But this is a nice looking watch for regular wear.

Cheap good looking divers watch
I like the big dial (44mm) and the slim case, it is very comfortable to wear and super-legible. It seems well made and especially for the price of only $60 - I bought the version with the gold-tone bezel knurls as this makes it match my gold ring. The only thing I dont like is the strap, it is too cheap and flimsy and has too few adjustment holes - it is either a little loose or a little tight. I replaced it with a mesh bracelet and this was a good cheap upgrade and makes the watch look pretty smart.

Great Value in the Watch
If you can pick this up for $50 or less do it. Good looking watch. Cool swordfish on the dial. Nice action on the bezel. Lume is....there. It's not going to win the next episode of Lume Wars on JOMW, but for this price you shouldn't expect it to. Alix has ceramaic bezel inserts and sapphire crystal for this watch. Easy mods. Uprgrade the strap and you'd have yourself a sick watch for less than a hundo.

It's a big watch
I like this watch. The face is nice an clear which makes it very easy to read. The gold accents make it look a lot more expensive than it actually was. The strap was a little stiff to start with but is now more flexible. My wrist is 7.5" and this watch is right at the edge Of what I can wear without it looking silly. I've only had it for a few days so I don't know about the long term reliability but It seems good so far.

Fantastic great looking true diver’s watch
Fantastic great looking true diver’s watch. Very well made given the budget price. It is still putting lots of other similarly priced watches, even Casio’s own, to shame. It’s a big watch at 44mm, but the way the case and lugs are designed it works well on even quite small wrists. My wrist is 16cm/6.3” and I absolutely get away with it. I chose an FKM rubber waffle strap over the supplied pu strap and it was a significant upgrade, making the watch look and feel even better. Try not to pay too much, they are phasing these 106s out as the non-marlin dial version, MDV 107, is the new model and prices are creeping to ridiculous levels on some models (look at the green bezel version for an example of that) I got mine around the £50 mark and even that is expensive compared to what they sell for in the USA. Come on Casio, make the 107 an international model! If you just can’t do 44mm , it’s time to start pestering Casio for a smaller Duro, I’d love them to make a 40mm version and I’m sure they could put it on a half-decent bracelet, too. Nit picks would be that the second hand doesn’t always hit the markers and the lume is terrible, but you have to consider the price here. All in a great value watch.

Read the rave reviews for a few years now and although I’m a mechanical only watch collector, I finally decided to succumb to the reviews and watch talk promoting these and buy one. I went for the black and gold finish and I have to say it lives up to the hype Pros Wears really comfortably even though 44mm Finish is quality Time keeping is spot on Strap is really comfortable and fits my 7 1/2 " wrist well Cons At this price point for what you get at £72:00 … none We’ll just one, mineral glass but again at this price I cannot complain I’m going to mod the watch, sapphire glass is on the way And I may change the strap. Cracking everyday beater….. buy one!

Best value dive watch in the world
I have two of these, in two different colour ways, they are the best value dive watch money can buy. You get a powerhouse brand, 200m water resistance and excellent build quality. It is large though so i wouldn't buy this with a sub 7 inch wrist size

Beautifully finished, rugged, reliable and accurate.
Bought a polished stainless/gold one for my wife (7” wrist). Looks great, when she dresses with a little extra attitude. The supplied strap is fine, but replaced with more supple plain black Max FKM rubber strap. Quartz dive watch: more reliable, more accurate and ready to go.
