Perfect for Travel or Everyday.

Easy, quick transaction. Immediately took it on a trip in my carry-on and had to get it out to use between flights to navigate the airport. It was so useful to be able to fold it up and put it away when not needed. Sturdy, easy, and great value for money. Wonderful for travel or everyday use.

Very nice!

My parents came to visit me in New Orleans a week before my dad had knee surgery. My mother mentioned he was limping a lot & I asked him about a cane, but he pulled the macho-guy card & said he didn't need one. For the price, I thought this might be a nice back up, so I bought it, figuring that since my dad is an avid gun collector the "pistol grip handle" might be a good selling feature for him and that the foldable feature might be good for my mother or I to be able to put it in a purse for "just in case." I am SO grateful I bought this! My dad loved it, it was very convenient and attractive, and VERY well used. He brought it back home with him & I'm told he uses it regularly (and hides it in a pocket of his cargo shorts or in my mom's purse when he's not using it) For reference: My dad is 6'2, he used it on the second-to-longest setting.

When I pulled it out of my basket it would make me feel like a ninja as all the sections would magically assemble ...

I had ankle surgury and used a Knee roller to get around. The knee roller had a basket that I kept his folding cane in to help me balance as I hopped up stairs, or into other places I could not roll. When I pulled it out of my basket it would make me feel like a ninja as all the sections would magically assemble into a working cane. As I was healing and starting to be able to put some weight on my foot with a walking boot, I used this cane to help keep some weight off of my injured ankle and again for balance. I am 6'1" and 280 lbs and used the maximum height adjustment on the cane. This held up great during my recovery.

Nice, attractive cane for the price.

I got lots of compliments on this cane while I recovered from a broken fifth metatarsal. It got about 6-8 weeks of daily use. I like in NYC so use was heavier than most - I do lots of walking, climbing and descending stairs to subways and the like. After about 4 weeks the cane developed a slight but noticeable bend. I am a large guy - 280 lbs - but this did not affect the folding or the use of the cane too much. Someone at my job is getting good use out of it as he suffered a similar injury recently. Not bad for the price.

Great product

This is a very comfortable cane to use. I am lucky not to need a cane all the time so the fact that it folds into a small packet helps when I pack it in a suitcase or in a backpack. The wood handle is very comfortable and fits the contours of my hand like it was a custom made handle. My only comment against it is that the cane really needs to come supplied with either a small carry bag or, at minimum, a Velco strap that holds the folded cane together in its folded form.

FOLDING CANE

Carex Folding Adjustable Handle Cane with Walnut Pistol Handle I originally bought this cane from my local Rite Aid store for $33.00 plus tax. When I got home I went on Amazon and found it for half of what I paid. I ordered it and even with the shipping costs it was still way cheaper. Plus, it only took two days to get it. Thanks guys, you are the best. As for the cane, it is exactly what I wanted. It folds up nicely, holds my weight and is comfortable to use. The only thing I wish it had is a wrist strap but I'll work on that myself.
