this will keep your food HOT
We were pleasantly surprised how well this worked - the food stayed very hot for all the hours of the party (we took it out after 4 hours - it was still as hot as it had been when we put it in). I would recommend using very sturdy pans, as mine did sag a bit with the weight of the food - not disposable would have worked better.

Pictured shelf not included but does the Job.
The media could not be loaded. Definitely more durable than we expected. Have used it a few times and does the job it’s intended to do. Keep the food warm. Travel was smoother and I would recommend to anyone.

This product didn't come with divider or instructions. Just basically the warmer in a box that's it.

LOVE IT
I occasionally throw a party/bbq a couple of times a year and timing food to be hot when guests arrive can be tough. This thing is awesome. As I'm making food, just put it in an aluminum tin, cover w/ foil, and slide it in. Stays warm for a long time. Perfect for pork shoulder or brisket resting after smoking. Even though it's just thick styrofoam it works great.

Great quality. Keeps food hot. Very lightweight. Cambros are the gold standard in food service. But the pictured shelf was not included with either of mine.

Flimsy but strong
It works. I put veg and braised meat in for a buffet at about 300C and it stayed hot u til I served it 3 hours later. I’m talking didn’t lose a degree kept hot.

Aguanta muy bien la temperatura
Lo usé para mantener la comida caliente durante 3 horas y media, y perfecto. Con bandejas previamente calentadas con agua caliente y tapadas. Media hora antes de poner la comida puse una olla de agua caliente dentro para calentar el contenedor. Todo perfecto, una buena compra.

No viene con la bandeja separadora interior que aparece en las imagenes
Un producto realmente solido y de muy buena calidad. Sin embargo en las imagenes de venta aparece una bandeja separadora de espacios que no he recibido. Como es de medidas gastronorm puedes utilizar bandejas normalizadas pero o se olvidaron de meterlo en el envío (o sea que mal) o no indican en el anuncio que la bandeja interior no está incluida (mal también)

Styrofoam cambro
When I received this produce I was concerned the inside would melt due to heat of pans and food so returned and ordered a different type. Grateful that the return process was easy. The polyethylene style will be more appropriate for our purposes. Have already received and much happier with this product.
