Being called a prolong ring, I'm not sure if this product is meant to keep you from ejaculating early or simply last longer, but what it definitely does is trap more blood into your unit, which will make you larger and harder than normal. I don't notice much of a difference in ejaculation time, but heading into an encore performance this can definitely keep you fighting strong longer than a tired soldier would be able to do otherwise. I've used it on multiple occasions for that purpose and it has done a great job. In terms of how it affects normal situations, my girlfriend likes the feel of the beads and has commented that it definitely increases length and girth to hit some spots that I didn't normally. When you use it, make sure to apply some lube to the entire ring or it will catch (which sucks). You might also want to trim your pubic hair in case it catches (which also sucks). Put the large bead facing away from you. Also, be sure not to exceed a 30 minute session with one of these guys on, because it will start to hurt and possibly damage you. Following the rules, I've had no problems, but you can end up a bit tender afterward. Have fun!

Great ring, but eventually breaks...

These are very functional rings for the price and were my favorite until investing in a very high quality, more expensive medical grade silicone ring, the problem you will have (as I've had half a dozen of these) with these, is that over time if you are above average girth, they will stretch considerably, and will eventually break. But for the price they are hard to beat for what you get.

Small, hard, brittle, unyielding

Functionally about as good as a small metal cock ring. It has some stretch, but feels brittle to the point that any stretching might break it. And if you have to stretch it to get it on (you probably will), then it'll take some actual hand and arm muscle to do so, and then its elastic strength will be sufficient to hurt you. Those warnings about permanent wearing a ring too long? That timeframe might be 5 minutes for this. The fact that you can stretch it at all only increases the chances that you'll hurt yourself. And it's real small. The given measurement is a little more than the real outer diameter of the thing, so the actual interior "capacity" is noticeably smaller than the description says. I'll check the advertised measurement and the actual measurement I took tomorrow if I remember.

Defective

First one that I rec'd was missing a bead and the outer sleeve we crimped. Wrote to Amazon and they sent a replacement, 5 stars to them. But upon using this item it make me bleed after 5 min of use. Took it off. No stretch or give at all way to small to use. Guess I will go back to silcon.

Too small, not for girthy guys

Very tight and small, cuts of my circulation and not in a good way, not ideal if you have any sort of girth and it's not that stretchy, in fact, the material is actually quite hard and hurts. A fail for me for what it's supposed to do.
