I was very pleased when I received my new lamp shades

I was very pleased when I received my new lamp shades. the style and cording for the led cut crystal lamps brought them back to life and to look in retail stores was an impossible process. The lamps were in my family and shades were tattered. They look like new again and I ordered the white shades if you are looking for as much defused light as possible. Thanks again,Jerry

Poor communication

I ordered 2 of these shades. It only took 7 days to get the 1st one but the 2nd one was delayed. Delayed. Delayed. I waited almost 2 weeks and there was no update. So I cancelled the order and reordered it. That one finally showed up 10 days later. There was literally just two pages of a Chinese newspaper for packing. For $60/piece you'd think they would have been top quality. Nope. There are flaws (pilly things) in the fabric. I considered sending them back but there was no mention of free returns. I DO NOT recommend these.

love it!

We love it in white! The top opening is 2 inches larger than the shade we replaced, therefore it allows more light to reflect off the ceiling. Looks great , a nice clean crisp white. Delivered well packed, item was well described with accurate dimensions.
