Perfect & Stylish Toaster
Normally, I don't wax poetic about kitchen appliances. Yet Buydeem's toaster is near perfection. You know how you keep circling back to a product? I couldn't get Buydeem's Retro, stylish, unique toaster out of my head. Have no fear buying this online. Once it arrived, it was exactly like its picture. It comes in 3 colors; a subtle mint green, a sophisticated yellow and a creamy white. I chose the cozy, greenish one that miraculously matches my kitchen decor. What's more, Buydeem's customer service is human and helpful. I immediately got a knowledgeable, warm representative who knew exactly how to solve my problem. Note: Follow 3 simple rules before using it the 1st time: 1) Turn settings to the highest. 2) Gently push down the lever ---with no toast or bagel in. 3) Repeat 3-5 times to air it out. Now you're set to go. Enjoy. I highly recommend this stylish toaster. Need a toaster that's a dream. Look no further than Buydeem.

Beautiful toaster
I love the retro look of this toaster. I got the mellow yellow and the matching tea kettle. They look beautiful on my counter. My first toaster didn’t toast evenly but the customer service is great. I was sent a replacement quickly.

Check the heating elements
This seemed like a nice toaster until I put in a slice of bread. It toasted one side, but only lightly warmed the other side. Why? I pushed down the lever WITHOUT any bread in the toaster and looked at the heating elements. On one side, the center elements did not glow red. It seems that some of the heating elements were not working. I've learned my lesson. When buying a toaster, the first thing out of the box is to heat it up and check the elements. If they are not glowing evenly, the toaster goes right back in the box.

Good size for small countertop area
I've only used the toaster a few times; it does a good job on toast, bagels, and reheat. It takes full size toast and bagels, but its exterior is smaller than many toasters. I have a small countertop area and it fits nicely.

Very sensitive control knob.
I can't seem to get it adjusted so that it browns my toast, waffles, etc. It's either white or burned!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE
We purchased this product due to how it looked and the reviews. Worked great for a few months and then the push lever wasn't working well. I reached out to the manufacturer for information on warranty, etc. I reached Rika, a very attentive customer service rep who asked me to send her some additional information on the issue as well as a video showing the problem. She handled the issue and shipped us a replacement product within days of receiving the information she requested from us. I am very happy with this seller and the attention to any issues with their products. Thank you Rika for your help!

Really pretty toaster but mine didn't work very well.
This is a really nice toaster, but I had to send it back because it burned half the toast and left the other half untouched. I tried it for a week on bagels and several kinds of bread, and tried all its setting. But alas. The colour was a rather more greenish yellow than I expected, too. But to their credit, they made the return really easy. I almost never return anything because I feel sorry for all the sellers because they took such a hit from covid: so I was a bit apprehensive about how this would go. It went REALLY smoothly, and they didn't even cry!
