No poster included

Puzzle arrived without poster that should have been enclosed. Ordered a replacement, but it didn't have poster either. The puzzle is actually nice and pieces generally sturdy. However several pieces were damaged, but not to the point they were unusable. We are returning one puzzle.

Missing pieces. Can’t complete puzzle.

Missing pieces and also included pieces that don’t fit anywhere. I spent several weeks doing this puzzle before I discovered this problem. Don’t like the glossy pieces. It creates a glare under the light, which makes the pieces very difficult to distinguish especially since there a lot of very dark greens, teals, browns and blacks. The images in the background are out of focus and amorphous in addition to dark and glossy. I won’t buy this brand again.
