I'm using this for a cosplay. It's soft and has a slight stretch but not much. I weigh around 160lbs and my hips are approximately 35in around. Being gentle with it I had no problems putting it on or taking it off, but in a hurry i did hear a seam somewhere rip. It's not visible and nothing i'm worried about. It's a cheap little piece of lingerie and will do well with gentle handling. If I set the waist around my bellybutton, it covers just the top of my ass. It is as described and i'm satisfied with it! :) definitely recommend if you're just looking for a quick/temporary little something!

The skirt was really short, which I don't have a problem with. It was larger than I expected. I like a tighter feel.
