Great Product. I have multiple.

I ordered two more of the blue lab connects. One arrived and did not work. The other works; however it is not the connect. It is the regular Blue Lab MONGUACON Guardian Monitor. I paid for the connect. I needed another functional unit so I put it in a place where I don't track data. I sent the non working unit back. The refund is very slow to come. I have still not received credit after 5 or so days.

Love me some Bluelab!

Love this product. Now I can check my PH, EC, & Temp from my phone anytime, anywhere with the bluelab app and a connect usb stick. Everything is datalogged to a spreadsheet on my computer so I know PH, EC, & Temp for every minute of my grow. Be sure to clean and calibrate the probes every week or two. I prefer to buy a new PH probe every 9-12 months. The EC/Temp probe is permanent, but very easy to clean and calibrate.

Falsely advertising cloud connectivity

Description implies that you can connect this device to the cloud but it requires you to buy the $140 USB stick. Which it tells you in very small print on the box after purchase. 1. Don't advertise connectivity if you have to purchase additional connectivity device. 2. Connect it to wifi! Not a USB! What a money grab... When I upgrade to auto dosing I wont be buying bluelab.

Came opened/damage 10/10 quality control..

One star because box came damaged, worn and open. I paid over $400 for this product and I don’t think anyone paying this much for anything expects their item to arrive looking used. No one paying full price should receive anything opened or returned, this is ridiculous. I’ll update star ratings if the product functions properly. I would rather have paid less money and received this product than be charged for a brand new product and get something that was clearly returned.

Quality brand name.

The package comes with a unit, all probes, 7.0 and 4.0 one time use calibration fluid, mounting screws and 2 zip ties, you should be prepared to buy storage solution for in between grows and more calibration fluid for when required. Have not used the product yet but will update if anything goes wrong.

Best unit on the market

Constant monitoring, digital screen, easy to use and calibrate. This unit works awesome, So nice to walk into my grow room and just look at the wall and see exactly what’s going on in my RDWC system. Best purchase I made for my grow and peace of mind. Bye Bye pens!

Defective unit.

Amazon only allowed a two month return policy, so we cannot even return it. For the price that we paid $400+ and there is not even a one year warranty through amazon...?? Would suggest buying the product locally from a wholesaler who will give you warranty on the product.
