Wires connecting to the battery pack are broken- is it possible to get a spare?
I love the Blizzard Bay sweater designs and bought 3 light-up sweaters + non light up sweaters for the holidays. However, 2 of the 3 came with faulty wires and the sweater will not light up. I like the aesthetic of the sweater, but I can't fix it. I opened the battery pack and found that the wires had already come loose inside. @Blizzard Bay, can you send a battery pack for the sweaters? 2 of the 3 light up sweaters that I purchased are broken and if I could replace those I'd be a happy customer.

This sweater was nice when it worked
The light control box fell off the sweater. Now you can't turn the tree lights on.
