Need help

I need help with hardware. The screws provided are not long enough to attach chair to the frame. I haven’t been able to find them in lowes or Home Depot. Also, the frame does not line up flush with the bottoms of chair. Leaves a unsightly gap. If there is no way to resolve unfortunately I will return them. Thank,you

Unable to put together!!!

Not the gray that’s represented in pictures. This is more of a dark greenish gray. Disappointing but I could make it work except so far I can only put 1 of the 6 chairs together. One of them is knicked all over the wood and someone tried to “fix” it with red marker! The others the supplied screws aren’t long enough to even catch onto the bad of the chair yet alone secure it. So frustrated. The wood part is gorgeous when not knicked and they are comfortable enough, I’m just not a fan of the color at all.
