Foam rubber grips on handles are poor quality

The ankle straps have good Velcro and work for my usage. The door anchors are smallish if you have a 1/2 inch space above or below doors. I’ve never used the sleeve but I had to deduct a star for the smaller handles that rub my flesh with irritating plastic straps and the foam rubber grips are poor quality. If you want handles keep looking.

Worth fronting the bank roll

So many pieces come in this set. I was sceptical on quality when buying, but no worries. All pieces are durable and comfortable. Definitely worth the coinage.

Instant Home Gym

I am a 60-y/o active (not athletic) male. I first used resistance bands as part of a physical therapy regimen. Bands are so easy to use and very adaptable - unlike weight systems and various machines. After hearing me talk about bands and talk about buying some, my wife bought a Black Mountain set for me as a gift. I was so impressed with the quality that I immediately bought an accessory kit, making the bands even easier to use.
