I love this soap, I wouldn’t recommend it to everyone because like every skin care product on earth, there is no “one size fits all”, but it works for me specifically because I have two issues it keeps under control - ingrown hairs and clogged pours. Every now and then when I run out and get lazy about buying more, my magical thinking kicks into place, and I think “eh, do I really need it? My skin’s fine right now” but two weeks later I’m trying to get it rush delivered as I’m performing surgery on my leg to dig out a hair that didn’t break the surface. I do, I do need it. I don’t know that I’d call it “moisturizing”? But whatever it is, it works with my specific nightmare mix of skin issues, so hooray for that!

Great value for the cost and I love not having a big plastic bottle
If you’re worried about it smelling too strongly like I was, the smell disappears FAST from your skin. I’m really really sensitive to strong smells and usually loathe mint, but I don’t mind this at all and it’s gone by the time I’m out of the shower. I have to store the bar itself in a ziplock bag, though, so my bathroom doesn’t smell like it. Also, the bar comes in a thin piece of plastic inside the cardboard, just FYI for people who are using this type for environmental reasons. I was also worried my skin would be dry after using it, and it’s not. I will say, though, that it seems like I’m having more of a breakout since beginning use than I was before, but that’s potentially related to a major diet change that happened concurrently, so I won’t knock off points.

Only soap u can use in my face
Only soap i can use on my face that actually cleans it , i work around chemical all day for best results use twice a day , i have very bad acne

Only face wash I use
My skin is extremely sensitive and this is the only face wash I can use. It doesn’t leave your skin oily or too dry. Definitely worth a try if you suffer from even the slightest acne

My favorite
Been using this for years & I almost never break out. At first it does dry your face but with a simple moisturizer it works out. They stopped selling this in stores, so glad I can find it here .

Great for face and body
I was never a bar soap person until about 5 years ago when I was looking for something TSA friendly for travel. I tried it out and liked it for both face and body. My skin is super sensitive and 95% of products I use cause allergies and/or breakouts. Even soaps meant for sensitive, breakout-prone skin break me out within a week of use. This is literally the only soap I will use now. I’ve run out a few times, and unable to find it in my local store, tried Cetaphil and Simple bar soaps, both of which broke me out. And for reference, even the liquid versions of this soap break me out. So, if you have super sensitive skin, give this a shot. The scent is a natural minty scent, so no heavy perfumes. If you find the “beads” irritating, just lather the soap in your hands instead of directly on your skin. And it can be drying, so just be sure to moisturize after.
