As pictured, overall cute, decent quality

My 13 year old loves this bag. I got her the fuscia /dark pink color. It's cute and decent quality . The only couple of downsides are that the straps are a little thin and don't adjust much. The pockets are a bit tight, but the main compartment is roomy.

Looks cute

Purse is very cute. The straps appear to be adjustable but they are not. They are pretty long and slide off my shoulders all the time. I probably won't use it much because of that. Threw away almost $60. Makes me sad because I love everything Betsy Johnson.

Strap pops off.

I purchased this because I’ve had numerous Betsey Johnson backpack style bags in the past and was very satisfied with those. With this particular bag though the second time I attempted to put it on my back one of the straps popped off (unthreaded). So I ordered a replacement and shipped the first back. Received the replacement and on the third time I attempted to wear it on my back the same side of it popped out (unthreaded) again. Other than this issue the bag is very nice but if you’re planning to wear it be advised that the straps may come unthreaded and pop off at any time. At least this has been my experience with this particular design.

Cute but bad quality

Got the bag for a vacation and it broke before it was over. Don’t waste your money.
