These came so quickly!

I wear a size 7 1/2 and I bought a size 8. They do run about 1/2 size too small. Actually, the size 8 was a bit big for me so I added an orthopedic and now it's perfect. Looking forward to buying other colors. I highly recommend.

Almost perfect

I was looking for a casual dress shoe to wear with skirts and dresses. I fell in love with this design. This one fits great. I wish it had a small heel but as is, this is a good purchase.

Not at all cuddly

I decided not to return because I think it will work for what I want, BUT I had to buy a padded/support liner to make it fit better. Even with the liner, it is not at all "cuddly." Also, return on the other pair I got (because I wasn't sure of what size to order) was not as easy as products sent straight from Amazon. I like the woven upper and I like that is is completely flat, which was my primary goal.

WAY TOO SMALL (even after sizing up a size)

These are ADORABLE, I read the reviews to size up... I wear a 9.5-10, so I ordered an 11. STILL too small, my foot is slender so it's not a tightness issue, the actual foot bed is too short. I went to another seller to get a 12 and am returning the ones I purchased from this seller. I don't know why the size charts are so bad. I'm very disappointed.

I love these shoes. The fit is right on and perfect for shopping and standing for long periods. My foot feels secure with the top band that is not too tight. A great product

Great Shoes but Way too Small

I love Bernie Mev shoes. They're comfy, sturdy, washable, and I get lots of compliments on them. They last a long time. However, they are always sized way too small and the Amazon size chart comparing UK to US sizes is incorrect. I wear a size 10 US very consistently, and Bernie Mev 41s and 42s are WAY too small and painfully tight. I wear a size 43 in Bernie Mev which fits comfortably, but translates to a US 11 and Bernie Mev hardly ever makes 43. I don't wear a size US 11, those shoes are way too big. Be really careful ordering these because they are much smaller than you'd expect. If you wear a size 9 you'll love the 41s.

Know your EU size

These are, quite possibly, the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! They are woven from elastic bands, so the shoes stretch over your feet and are meant to fit snuggly. They don’t cut off circulation, like other brands, and they are comfortable enough for a teacher to walk around in all day. I will advise that you find your EU shoe size before ordering. I generally wear an 8-8.5, but I knew I was a EU 39, which is a 9 in this brand. The EU sizes are much more accurate, in my experience.

Nice shoe, way too short for the stated size.

I ordered this in a size 40 and 41 to fit my size 9 foot, based on reviews that said it fit short. The 40 is way too short. My toe hits the end of the shoe in the size 41. It might be wearable like that (I'm not sure), but the instep strap is too long in the size 41 (though it fit correctly in the size 40). So both pairs have to go back. It's a nice shoe, and hugs the foot much better than the demure model which was too wide for me. I'm giving up on bernie mev elastic shoes... the sizing is just too weird.

This is my 2nd pair in this style (Cuddly Mary Jane flat) and colour

I've had a lot of compliments with the 1st pair so ordered a 2nd. Ordered the size larger because the first pair were a bit too small and had to remove insole so they would fit. Bernie Mev shoes are VERY comfortable, great for travel or every day wandering about. Love them!
