Fit way off, suede not soft

I ordered a 7W, but when these came, I could barely get them on all the way. They didn't fit like a wide width at all. And the suede is not high quality. It's stiff, made even stiffer by the synthetic backing. Not comfortable at all. Gave stars for the look, though. Very cute; if only I could wear them.... Going back. Oh, and the soles are slippery, as other reviewers have said. Easy fix to that: Add non-slip pads to the bottoms. But that's the least of the issues with these.
