Smart light

Replaced a resist light in the bathroom. I did not push the plug cable in hard enough at first that caused it to loose power randomly, but checked it and pushed it in, fixed. Haven't had it long, but works beter then the standard bulb before, and its smart/energy efficient. Lots of colors.

Works well on a basic level

I replaced the recessed light on my porch with this and i'm happy I can now have it turn on and off at sunset or when my ring doorbell detects motion via the alexa app. Unfortunately you can only do it with the Alexa app. The Bazz app allows me to change the colour or turn it on and off but won't recognize the device if I try to create a "automation" or "smart scene" within the Bazz app. The reason this matters is that Alexa can only turn the light on and off or to a single colour. If you wanted it to flash different colours or pulse or strobe there is no way for it to be set up until they fix the Bazz software or allow Alexa greater control over the light. Edit: FYI. Ordered a couple more on a warehouse deal and received regular GE recessed lights in a Bazz box.

Was ok at first

Was easy to install. They worked fine at first. After a couple of weeks 2 of the group went bunkers. You get what you pay for

Sooo they are easy to set up with the app. I read some reviews here and yeah. You need to read the instructions, for setting up the app with the lights. The lights work well. I really hope they come out with an update or something to allow me to just turn them all on at the same time(if they are installed in the same room). I put 4 cans in the living room... I like how scene 4 works I just wished that they could all be in sync together when they glow in all those colors. That’s my only issue with them. Not very many products out like this yet. This one worked out best for me. Let’s see what the future of lighting has to offer. I feel that the price is okay.

To hard to work

These lights I was looking forward with using but became very disappointed quickly. First the instructions are confusing and no matter how many times I tried to connect them to the Wi-Fi they would just flash. Finally gave up and bought regular lights.

Incredibly easy to install and use

I have one recessed lightbulb above the sink in my kitchen that isn't linked with the rest of the kitchen lights, and I like to leave it on during the night for peace of mind. I was looking for a light that would have a much softer glow so it wouldn't hurt my eyes first thing in the morning. I love that I simply have to tell my Google assistant to change the brightness or color, or I can do it from the app. I was also able to easily swap out the old bulb and plug the new one in-- the comprehensive instructions were extremely helpful.

Junk

Waste of money. Can't figure out how they have any positive reviews. Installed 8 of them. After 2 hours of trying to get all 8 to be recognized I gave up. Then of the one's that connected, 1 or 2 would eventually become 'not connected'. Of the one's that did connect it was impossible to get them to synch to be the same color. I tried to get the same color blue, for example, and some of them just skipped over that color...a little more purple/a little lighter blue. Seriously way too much work and I have zero confidence that they will ever all hook up to my router or get to be the same color of choice.

Set up was a breeze

Installation and setup was super easy. I bought two of them to see if they were worth it and after a week they are working great! My daughter loves the color changing scene... I have these installed on our front porch and just ordered more to do all my soffit lighting!
