Package damaged

I've bought the Aquascape Prevent and the Clean at separate times. Both packages were damaged when they arrived. Luckily the product wasn't damaged. It would be nice if it were delivered in an undamaged box that I could store it in, but the boxes have been destroyed - torn apart or wet and falling apart. The Prevent does work well in our water feature. When the algae showed up, I checked and the Prevent was empty. The algae started going away as soon as a new Prevent was installed. Now I'm going to use Clean to clear up what the Prevent didn't get.

Works without my everyday attention

The product, combined with the dosing system keeps my pond clean without my constant attention. We travel a lot and this keeps my pond clean when I'm gone.

Time saver! Life saver!

We have a 1500 gal pond, With fish, so we’re limited with which chemicals we can use to control algae. The string algae is out of control! Growing in thick mats within a few days. Cleaning it is such a terrible chore. Per a local pond company, we installed and aquascape auto doser (relatively easy! Especially compared to the labor we were putting into all that algae removal every few days!) and started using the aquascape dosing bags. We alternate btwn bags #s 3 & 2 (clear & clean). We also added a bunch of plants to our pond - submersed lillies and perimeter plants (horsetails, marsh marigolds, iris, creeping Jenny, etc) to help take up nutrients. The difference is MARKED! We had to remove algae perhaps 1x per month instead of 4-5 times per month! What a time saver! Water is sooooo much clearer! We love this system.

Doesn't stop algae in my pondless waterfall

I bought this in the hope that it would help control algae in my pondless waterfall. But it doesn't seem to have made any difference.
