Arrived stained- update, 2nd order was ok

Update: I reordered this and the 2nd order seemed fine. Original post: Product arrived with stains on the black filter. Yuck. Not something I would trust to run my drinking water through unfortunately. Returning it.

Good filter!

This 3 stage filter is very good, from the usage to the product. However I wish the replacement filter also come with the ring gasket, because 1of the the old one after 1 year used start not to seal tight n leak. Shall be replace with every change, not the battery, the battery last much longer.

easy to change, but I never knew it had a battery!

I bought these after my first 6 months of use, and it came with a battery I never knew it needed! Including this is a plus for the product by the way, but it took me some research to discover what its for. Apparently the system has an alarm in case I hadnt marked my calendar myself. I am still trying to find out if it's just a timer or actually tests the water. Anyway, I like my system, the ease of replacement filters, and yes the battery!

The price is great if you sign up for subscribe and save

We had no issues buying bottled water from Costco, the Kirkland brand for years until a whole cases tasted like petroleum (gasoline or diesel). I couldn't tell for sure as I never drunk any before. That was it...we have never touched bottled water again. We purchased the Aquasana under the sink filtration system and never looked back. The filters last us about 6 months, the water is fresh, no petroleum taste, no chemicals, no drugs. Very easy to install, just twist and install. It starts beeping when it needs replacing. The price is cheaper than Home Depot and Lowes. So far we had the system for about 3 years and we always buy it from Amazon because of the subscription price. We decided to do subscription as you can modify the interval for the next shipment and we are saving money on a product we buy anyway. Happy customers, no complaints.

No surprise, easy to change

Ease of use, but not sure the filters work well. Water quality is almost the same when measured by device before and after the filters....

Great product

Bought Aquasana 3 bottle system directly from them 1 year ago. Had difficulties installing but they have great customer service and it works very well once installed. Bought replacement filters thru Amazon as when I purchased directly from Aquasana, I had to pay custom duties which was almost as much as the product

Not consistent in product performance.

Overall not too bad. The first 1 we received seemed to do a fine job of cleaning the water and making it taste clean and fresh. The flow speed was very slow, took about 35 minutes to fill our 5 gallon bottle. The second one we ordered was the same. The third one we received, the flow was not hindered at all and filled our 5 gallon bottle in 9 minutes. The water did not taste as good. Not sure why such a difference, but if this next one we order is the same as this 3rd one, we will return it and seriously consider another system. Don't want to play the hit and miss game.

Easy to change

I have been using the same filter for more than 3 years. I only spend 3 mins to change the filter every 6 months. Very easy to use. However, cost of the filter has been increased over the past years( maybe it’s due to inflation)
