Great style poor quality

I love the style of the shirt. Fits really well. Do size up. Unfortunately what the other reviewer say about quality it’s true after the second wearing armpits. I’m also bummed American apparel is no longer made in the USA. I love the cut so much. Love the slight scoop neckline. This one has a nicer material and some of the other ones.. Not pilling as quickly as the ‘ American Apparel Women's Tri-Blend Slim Fit Crewneck Short Sleeve Track T-Shirt’. Ultimately, I wish they would charge more for higher quality shirt in the style.

This shirt does run small.

I like the shirt for the value but it is very thin. Update: I’ve only worn it a few times and there are already visible sweaty pit stains.

Too small

This is such a pretty soft purple shirt. However, this shrunk so bad after the first wash that I had to donate.

Size up, but these are great!

These shirts are really great if you get the right size. They are soft and well constructed, but they are extremely small. I wear a medium in most shirts, sometimes a small when it’s a t-shirt. I’m 135 pounds and 5’6 for reference. I got medium and it was fairly tight fitting. I washed it and it and couldn’t get it on anymore. I got a large next and it fits even after being washed, but I will probably buy an XL next to try. I do plan to do that because for the price these t-shirts are great quality once you figure out your size.

Comfy Shirt!

Love this shirt! It is super comfortable and soft. I will say that it was a bit together than I was expecting. That being said, I just had a baby and was not sure what size I would need. I am normally an XS and tried the Medium. It was form fitted and I personally do like like how it shows my post baby body. But, it is the fit I look for pre baby.

Runs quite small.

Based on previous reviews, I ordered heather plum in size large. I do like the cut, fit, and quality of this tee and ended up buying again in heather black, but I would absolutely agree the sizing is way off. For reference, I'm 5'5" and 130 lbs and wear a 34C bra, and the large is pretty tight on me. I've also experienced some pilling after many washes, so I would recommend hand-washing.

NOT THE SAME!

I have one of these 50/50 T shirt in size small and it is my FAV go to. The one I own is very flattering and has more of a cottony feel to it with a slight stretch. This one feels flimsy and it is NOT the same. It is also WAY TOO SMALL. I wonder if it’s a knock off. Too bad. I was excited to find it on Amazon as all the American Apparel brick and mortar stores are closed. The search continues.
