Wrong size, wrong color.. Probably wrong item description.

This is the 2nd order I submitted for this product. The item is described to be a 30 inch black stainless steel model. I received a 36 inch model in silver stainless steel color. I thought this was an honest mistake and was sent an different product by the carrier/seller. Amazon reps informed me to return it and reorder it again (I even asked them to confirm with the carrier/seller to confirm that I would receive the correct size an color the 2nd time, they advised me not to worry and confirmed it would be correct. Wrong. I received again, 36 inch width model in silver stainless steel color. I feel bad about ordering and returning, seems like a waste of resources. I believe the description of this product is incorrect and should be noted that they have sent a 36 inch silver stainless steel hood incorrectly to me twice, not a 30 inch black stainless steel as described.

Blower motor doa

DOA. Blower motor does not power up. Just makes a high pitched sound. However it does look beautiful and matches my LG black stainless appliances perfectly.
