Large in the heel, tight in the toe

The boots were beautiful! They just did not fit! Loved the look! They were tight in the toe and loose in the heel

Defective boot

The left boot was different from the right boot. The left boot heel stiffener pressed really hard against the back of my ankle and caused a sore. The right boot was fine. I took the boot to my shoe repair guy. He confirmed they were off. He advised me to send them back.

Very attractive boots and comfy too.

Dissatisfied

It looks nice in the picture, but this boot is not leather. Upclose, it feels and looks plastic. Not worth the money.
