Wromg voltage

The 3-prong end only has one hot leg, ground, and Neutral. No second hot leg.

Damaged

Shipping was great, arrived a day early but only to find one of the connectors had been severed off. Looks intentional to me if you notice the sawing marks. Don't see how anyone would think this was ok to use let alone ship to a customer.
