Cute mug, but had issue with packaging

The mug was cute just like I wanted it for gift to a librarian friend, but unfortunately the handle was broken. They replaced it, but I received a broken mug again. They packed the mug with it's box in an envelop, I think it might make the delivery man did not think it was a fragile item so they just threw it over my gate.
